Close the door on your world for the weekend and read, feed and relax at The House of Dreams in the heart of East Sussex

If you fancy cosying up as the nights draw in and hanging out with like-minded people to read, talk about books, do some yoga, walk in the woods, eat delicious vegetarian, local, seasonal food, drink wine (or not) and share a sauna and hot tub in the woods, this reading retreat is for you.

Here's the itinerary:

Arrive on Friday night from 6pm for drinks and dinner

Saturday morning:

9am breakfast and (optional) walk through our woodland into hundreds of acres of Vert Wood

11.30am Author talk with husband and wife team, Josie Lloyd and Emlyn Rees on their new book, You&Me and You&Me and You&Me, a time travel rom com which comes out in February next year.

1pm Lunch

2.30-3pm

Drive (car share) to Wild Spa for private use for two hours of its three unique heat experiences - a hot Nordic style sauna trailer for an intense steam, an earthy clay-lined sauna and a relaxing steamy warm greenhouse with a forest view. There's a variety of cool down options including a huge cold plunge pool and cold forest showers.

We can take time between hot sessions to gaze up at the trees from one of the hammocks or chill-out areas whilst sipping on cool botanical water. At an extra cost, payable to Wild Spa, you can also treat yourself to some body pampering with clay masks, body scrubs and more from the natural spa treatment menu.
